Update July 1, 2020
Effective July 6, 2020 our lobby doors will open back up with new permanent business hours. We miss seeing your faces in the lobbies and are excited to welcome you back inside.
As recommended, we are taking extra steps and measures to keep everyone healthy and safe. We have sneeze guards and social distance floor markers in place as well as sanitizing stations available for everyone. Members are allowed to wear face-masks but may be asked to temporarily remove them for identification purposes when completing transactions. We ask that if you are ill and not feeling well to please not enter the building and use the drive up instead.

Temporary New Business Hours

Thank you to our members for your support and understanding as we go through this pandemic. To keep our staff and members’ health and safety of utmost importance during the “Safer at Home” order, the following changes will take place effective Monday, April 6, 2020.

Temporary Hours:
During this time we have adjusted the hours of our Medford and Abbotsford Offices.
Monday-Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Saturday: 8:30AM – 12:00PM

Drive-Up: OPEN and fully staffed
Lane 1: Please reserve this lane for Loans, New Accounts, Coin, or any other services that require a little more time.
Lanes 2 & 3: Reserved for transactions.

Effective April 1, our lobbies will no longer allow member access. We ask if you are scheduled to sign papers, please use Lane 1 of our drive-ups.

Effective Wednesday, March 18th, our Medford and Abbotsford Lobbies will be appointment only until further notice to help contain the spread of COVID-19.   We will continue to serve our members through the following services:

  • Drive Up will be open with our standard drive-up hours.
  • To open accounts, apply for a loan, or other special services please call (715) 748-2447 to schedule an appointment.
  • ATM is available as well.
  • Online Banking is open 24/7.
  • Mobile app.
  • Telephone Banking at (715) 748-2163.

We are monitoring the situation daily and will update our website and Facebook with any changes.  If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, please be assured the health and safety of our members and employees are of the utmost importance!  We are closely monitoring the situation with the guidance of the CDC.  Our staff continue to actively clean and sanitize any surfaces in our branches to limit the spread of any illness.

Please know the staff at Taylor Credit Union are here for any of your financial needs.  If you feel ill and do not want to walk into our offices, our drive-up services are available.

In a time of a pandemic, we also see an increase in fraud.  We ask, please be on the look out for any frauds and scams playing on the coronavirus pandemic.  Such scenarios can include email phishing, text messages, medical supply scams, or anyone impersonating any company, organization, charity or agency.  If you receive anything suspicious, please do not respond, open attachments or click any links included with the message.

As we work together to combat the virus, it’s important to stay calm and follow the guidelines set forth by authorities through this time.  All of us are being tested by this situation, but through patience and understanding we will persevere together.
