To enroll in telephone banking, follow these easy steps:

  • Dial 748-2163 locally, 1 (888) 748-2163 out of Medford calling area
  • You will be greeted and notified you must establish a PIN
  • Enter your account number, which is your member number and SSN/ITIN of the primary account holder
  • Your information will be verified and then you will be asked to enter a 4-digit PIN number
  • Your information will be processed and then you will be asked to re-enter your account number and PIN number
  • You have just established your PIN and have completed enrollment in telephone banking
